If you are currently a client, who has had your Initial Appointment with me, and moving forward can only work once a month or once every 3 weeks, I have created this option for you.
You can have a standing appointment with me once a month or every 3 weeks, and purchase your session time 48 hours in advance of your appointment. I will send you a reminder to do so in case you forget.
If you are new to your work with me, I HIGHLY recommend the Unlimited Email Support in addition to this less frequent appointment schedule so that we make sure you are continually moving forward with your therapeutic work in between actual appointments 3-4 weeks apart. Your appointment options include, In-Person, Skype, FaceTime, or phone, however, my preference is face-to-face, (all options except phone) as phone has obvious limitations of effectiveness when we can't see each other (in my opinion).
Our appointment time is 50-minutes. To make the most of that precious time, I request that you email me in advance of our appointment a maximum of a 1-page word document or email equivalent, stating the following:

If your situation changes and you would like to work together more frequently because you are seeing the benefits of our work together, you can select a more frequent appointment package. Please consider the ongoing monthly packages, where the cost per session becomes less than a single.
And, if you want more support than a brief email exchange, consider the unlimited email access. This would allow you to email me daily, Monday-Friday, and provide you with additional support and accountability 5 days a week, to make the most of your time and efforts outside of our appointment time.
